Rainbow cookies - 1st step. They are in refrig now and will finish tomorrow. Hope they come out good. I haven't had much luck with them in the past.

I made a batch of chocolate chip cookies. Just followed the recipe on the bag of Nestle Toll House chips. They turned out different than I thought they would, thicker.

Currently have a quiche (ham, pepper, onion and Swiss cheese) in the over along with a egg custard pie

have some box cake cookie doughs chilling to bake later (spice and chocolate) sigh... @LoveDaisy you have created a cookie monster....

I have pumpkin layered cheesecake bars resting in the oven right now. We'll have them for dessert tomorrow. The house smells wonderfully of cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg!

I made focaccia. The house smells amazing, herbs and bread. It was a box mix from King Arthur. It was easy to make so I’m hoping it’s good.

Ok, I did not bake today. I baked a bunch of cookies on Thursday for a group of kids that never came by (school event ran late). I did want to share my dessert though that I made tonight because it turned out pretty (IMO). It’s cannoli cream topped with dark chocolate and espresso dusted whipped cream. I was going for a rose on top and it kind of looks like it.
