OK, I actually baked it a couple of days ago but reminded of it since I just ate a piece. I've been on a health and fitness journey for the last 10.5 or so months. Lately, I've been focusing a lot of protein and fiber. The other day, I made this "thing" in a loaf pan. It's got the consistency of a cheesecake (probably due to the Greek yogurt and sugar free cheesecake packet in the mix), but it also has cocoa powder, vanilla protein powder, pumpkin puree, and you can see the sugar free chocolate chips and banana pieces on the top.
