What days are better for which Parks?

I was wondering if some days are better to visit the parks than others at the end of August.

From that site I figured I'd do

Fri - MK
Sat - AK
Sun - EPCOT
Mon- MGM
Tues is a toss up

We are doing:

AK - Friday
MGM - Saturday
MK - Sunday
Epcot - Monday

Tuesday - Day off - character breakfast, pool

Wednesday - go to wherever again or hop parks.
