What day to use MM?

Hey all,

It's been 3 years since our last trip to DLR. This time we have a 4-day hopper. We will be there June 17-20. Any recommendations on which day to use our Magic Morning and which park would be more beneficial? We have never been to DCA...just Disneyland for two days. My son would really like to do DCA on the 17th since that is his 7th birthday.

Magic Morning only happens in Disneyland. If you stay on-site (at the DLH, PPH, or GCH), then you have access to Extra Magic Hour which happens in both parks (on different mornings). For DL, only Fantasyland and Tomorrowland are open during Magic Morning. I would opt to use the Magic Morning as early in the trip as possible because by the end of the trip, it gets harder and harder to get up in time. To really make use of Magic Morning, you need to get to Disneyland before the park opens so you can be near the front of the line to get in and not lose a lot of time waiting to get into the park. Given that you have Thursday (18th) and Saturday (20th) as your options for MM, I would opt for the 18th because it's the second day of your trip rather than the last day.

MM are only on Tue. , Thur. , and Saturday and only for DL. EMH is also for DL on the Tue. , Thur. , and Sat and for DCA on Sun. , Mon. , Wed. , and Friday. EMH are only for those staying at one of the Disney hotels.

if we use ours at all , its on the first day we can.. by the end Im dragging the kids down the hall to get them at the gate by 10am lol
