What Day of the week did you get your pin?

I am just one of those people anxiously watching my email for one of those outstanding special offers from Disney Destinations. I have received two in the past. One on a Tuesday afternoon and the other on a Saturday afternoon. My sister had also received one on a Saturday afternoon this year. I am just wondering if there are certain days of the week they are sent? Anyone have the same (or different) days of the week?

Honestly, I would not spend time wondering what days Disney sends out the elusive Pin Codes. There have been countless people who have tried to figure out the rhyme or reason behind when Disney sends out Pin Codes and who they send them out to. Believe me, every time someone thinks they have it figured out a number of folks will post examples that contradict their newfound theory.

Besides simply waiting for that elusive e-mail, I would also visit the WDW website and check under Tickets & Packages and then Special Offers.

On many occasions, the general pin codes that Disney offers to the general public can be just as good as the "exclusive" pin codes.

For example, one of the current offers allows customers to save up to 30% at select Disney Deluxe Resorts and Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts for stays between June 15 to August 13, 2011.

I think you are missing the point of why people write - speculating and hearing other peoples experiences is part of the fun. I find it odd that some people take these posts so serious.

Hmm....I'm surprised I don't understand the whole "fun" aspect of these boards given the fact I visit daily and have been a forum member for over three years.

I find it odd that providing specific information on how to obtain discounts is considered "being so serious".

I would be happy to indulge your curiosity, it is an interest that you have, and you want to know! I have received PIN's in the past, and they always seemed to come on tuesday or wednesday

I watch the boards and I'll see that someone got a pin, then another person got the same one, and usually it is 3 to 4 days later or even a week or more later that I will get it. I'm thinking that maybe they spread them out when sending them out. That means that you could get yours at any time.

One thing that I have noticed is that I never seem to get a pin before anyone else. They are always posting them and I don't receive mine until later.

So I would watch the board and if people start reporting about receiving a pin, then it's time to watch your mail.
