What day do you start your vacation?

It varies widely, but this time I'll have a day off beforehand, and have to back to work the day after I return. yuck!

I generally like to start vacations on Thursday evenings, less traffic (driving or flying) and I love having Fridays off work! Also, it makes me feel like I am getting a jump start on my vacation! This year I will fly to PIT to meet my sis and here kids on Thursday, then we all fly together to MCO on Fri am and fly home on the next Sat

On this upcoming trip (three weeks today woo hoo!!! ) we are going Thursday to Thursday.
