Nope.

MK will be decorated by the second week in Nov.
DHS Osborne Lights should be opening at that same time.

Epcot will be open for Christmas events starting Friday, the day after Thanksgiving.
DAK will be ready for Christmas on or before that date.

As to when it comes DOWN... that is a process that happens from about Jan. 3-Jan. 11.
And, those dates can vary.
