What CS's are Open During AM EMH?

We're planning on doing am EMH at MK and Epcot. Does anyone know what CS's are open for a quick grab-and-go kind of breakfast in these parks?

I know that we're going to be tired of the resort quick-service after a few days. We're hoping that the Main Street Bakery is so we can grab something before we head off to the rides.
