They have a couple of people working there that are very knowledgable about Croc sizings, etc. They also may not have their website updated as to what colors are in stock. I think it's just a family owned store.
ETA: I just checked the Taylor website and in Niles they are out of fuschia, lime green, yellow and navy but they have about 10 other colors (including pink, 2 blues and butter yellow).
I had a gift card, and I thought it would be great to "try" them without spending any of my $$.GoofyDisney said:How do you clean Crocs?
Help!!! And thanks in advance for the answers!

I ordered a pair in black from Dillards.com, and they just shipped today!I had a gift card, and I thought it would be great to "try" them without spending any of my $$.
If I like the black pair, I am going to get either pink, butter, or sage. I'm even thinking of getting a fuchia pair for my 20 month old. Has anyone bought them for their toddlers?

Anyway, the shipping is only $5.00 and the web page is soley devoted to Crocs. I was wondering how long the shipping would take, so I called the toll free number listed on the web site and spoke to a very nice man named David. He told me that if I placed my order by 1:00 on the web, he would be able to get it packaged and put in today's mail pickup which comes just after 1:00 (CST, they're in Kansas). So, I confirmed the time zone difference with him, then he asked me what I was looking for. I told him Red Nile size 11, and he said he had at least one pair left so if the web site said it was out of stock to call him back and he'd take the phone order for me. Well, I called back in 5 minutes and was able to place my order. He was sooooo nice and very appologetic because he was trying to help the other sales people in the store fill orders for the customers that I could hear in the background. He told me that if the stock runs low on a particular shoe, then he pulls it off the web until he can get more in, so call if you can't find what you're looking for. The store seemed very busy while I was on the phone, the door kept chiming every 20 seconds or so while people came and went in the store. I told him that Crocs hadn't really caught on in MA yet. He told me that the kids shoes were the most popular in his store, he can't keep them on the shelves.
I've been wearing my Beach pair almost everyday since April and they are getting pretty worn. I just can't bring myself to wear anything else!Jacksmom99 said:I found out about Taylor shoes on this thread....just don't ask me where, it was probably 30 pages ago!Anyway, the shipping is only $5.00 and the web page is soley devoted to Crocs.
