What CROCS did for me!!

I was at the Dillard's yesterday and ended up with purple, yellow (I'm still debating this pair) and light blue. Then we went over to Palmetto Moon and I found the green ones!

I also saw the pink ones, and just might end up with those....

I wore my black pair at work today, and they were really comfy!

We're on vacation in Nashville (gotta love free high speed internet at the hotel!) and I DIDN'T wear my pink crocs today because DH seemed truly unhappy about me wearing them in public (He keeps saying "why did you have to buy PINK?"). We went to the Nashville Zoo today and I spotted a pair of yellow Crocs! I don't know if the poor lady noticed me but I was jumping up and down and pointing at them and saying "See, she's wearing Crocs!". DH's only comment was "Yes, but their not PINK".

I think this means that I definitely should go out and buy more in a different color!

Flower, this is freaky... I'm also in Charleston, SC wore my black CROCS to work today and have the yellow and light blue ones, too... I did get the pink.... takes guts to wear those! LOL! I got mine at a little sports store in Mt. Pleasant right past the Burger King on Coleman Blvd.

I forgot who asked me about South Florida croc stores and honestly I do not want to go through the whole thread so whoever you were Just saw that the Sports Authority at the Dolphin Mall has CROCS!!! No lime but the basic colors plus sea blue, pink and yellow.

I just saw this today!! Lamey Wellehan carries them..... Grasshopper Shoppe in downtown Bangor Carries them and so does The Ski Rack!!

Well I just got back from my trip to Maine. I didnt think I would find the Lamey Wellehan store. I left Bangor mall and walked to Pizza Hut for supper. As I was leaving Pizza Hut I saw Lamey Wellehan. They had crocs! So I got myself a pair of beach in navy blue. They are not my favorite style but that is all they had. It was like it was meant to be. As I was leaving I found out I got to the store just in time they were closing as I left. The eastern half of Canada does not carry them yet. This was my only change to try them on in person. We have them at payless but I wanted the real thing.

I'm still debating those yellow ones, DH says I should keep them.

I really like those pink ones though....

I ordered DH a pair of Metro's from Zappo's on Sunday evening, and they arrived today! The website says that they're Cayman's- but they're Metro's.

He's in the process of wearing them around the house right now to see if he likes them. He was making fun of me- and now he's got a pair!

OK, it worked for awhile in my signature, but I did get tired of looking at all my pink crocs!!

I have to tell you, it did take some time getting used to those pink crocs, it helped when I bought some pink shirts, and a pink purse!!

Hi everyone I love the look of these shoes, does anyone else have size 10 1/2 feet, alot of 10's are too short for my big dutch feet, what size and style did you get and do you like them? I figured since I had such big feet already why not be comfy? Thanks for any help!

I just can't get used to the look of mine, they are super comfy, but I've only worn them once in public. I'm very self-conscious and I need to get over it but I can't...

My Blue Niles came today!!

They are narrower - but not so narrow that they are small! (that makes little sense!) They do seem "slick", so now I know my Pink Crocs are broken in! Its going to get some time to get used to...

Once again, please dont jump in these and wear them for long lengths of time, just like orthotics give your feet time to adjust (one or two hours first time, then stretch the time you wear slowly!!)

I have an 11 foot, for 10 1/2 I'd go up to an 11 in the Niles, the ones that are S M L, I'd go with the L (women's 10-11) Also, I do have to work and stretch that back strap!! They'll fit, I just have to be patient!!

Of course they're ugly and they are so ugly that people notice them and ask... so I get to tell them, they are like orthotics, but cheaper!! (most think they are like gardening, plastic shoes!)

I have a 10 1/2 foot and the beaches large 10-11 are perfect, although I have a very narrow foot so they seem to have a lot a play side to side. I kind of think of these as a portable, lightweight shock pad or platform, rather than a fitting shoe. They're so easy to get on and off, so lightweight, and so comfortable but they really don't feel like a shoe.

However, I've tried 2 pairs of the Niles and don't know what to recommend. I WOULDN'T go with the 11's. I got 10's and they're huge. I wish I'd been able to try them on somewhere but got them online and wore them awhile and think they're just going to end up being (expensive) shower shoes for camping. However, I ordered a pair of 9's and have been trying to break them in. They're a bit short in length (read my toes hit the front lip), but seem to be stretching some, but they seem perfect other than in the very front. I guess I need a 9-10 but there's no such thing!

I've heard the Cayman's are more narrow which would be good for me, but unless I can find somewhere to try them on, I'm worried about having the same problem in them (with a 10 too small and a 11 too big).

And I've been wearing mine everywhere so guess I haven't felt self conscious despite my huge feet. I originally got the Khaki's, which I wear, but haven't to work because I think they're too obvious (as would be pink or lime green unless you have cute tiny feet), but I have navy blue and black and have worn both to work and no one's ever noticed or even looked at them (assuming I'm wearing the same color pants and socks, they blend in). I tried on two pairs tonight, the beach and the cayman. The cayman felt too big and the beach my toe was at the end, but given what everyone else and the croc website says I think I want them tight rather than too loose and I have a narrow foot. They are amazing, it was weird how light they are, but I am now holding out for a store near me that has the pink! The crocs website was $10 for fedex which I just cant justify if I can buy them near home just not in pink. I also want the niles but no one has them here yet, let me know if you find a free shipping website for the niles, I cant wait to get my own pair, I hit the store tomarrow in search of PINK!

Hey Everyone! Just checking in to say hey and to ask how many of you have the DIS Lime green Crocs by now and how many are floating around WDW?
I decided that Lime green not being one of my favorite colors--I would wait until I return to the "world" to get a pair--it makes more sense there because I would want to be --of course--in official DIS where and I just know that includes Lime Green Crocs...are Crocs the official DIS shoe yet...hmmm.

Side note: We are dog sitting for our neighbors and bounce back and forth to check on him and pick him up--DH grabed my crocs to go next door last night...my red ones, slipped them on and out the door he went couldn't believe it!!! It won't be long now before I convert him--I'm sure of it! Have a great Memorial Day and think of our Vets this weekend!

But I am afraid to, due to the fact I have 6 pairs of shoes in my closet NOW I cannot wear! I have artritis in my left foot, and the ONLY shoe I can wear are my New Balance...thats it! I have to wear them to work and I have to wear them at HOME too! So, what style should I get? I wear a 8wide in New Balance so what size would any of you suggest??

If anyone has a G.I. Joe's nearby, they have them and have coupons you can use through Monday where you get 20% two regular priced items in the store. The only ones I've seen them carry are the Beaches @ $29.99, so you can get them for $24 w/the coupon. That's the lowest I've seen them. Also, Wild Oats supermarkets carry them as well.

For me personally, I love the way they feel but have already decided I can only wear them when it's not very warm outside as they just make my feet get too hot and sweaty...darn!

Anyone tried the Holey Soles yet?
