We are trying to decide what type of costume our 4yr old son should wear for MNSSHP? At home we have to dress in polar fleece and Parkas for trick or treating- so we need an alternate costume for disney. Also- who thinks adults should dress up? Suggestions for costumes?
Our almost 2 year old daughter will be a "Sprite-like Fairy" Mt sister is desiging a fabulous costume great for hot weather, and easy to run around in. Any suggestion for our son or us? There will be 4 adults in our group- 2 men 2 women. Thanks for your input.

My friend and I dressed up like princesses (not the Disney ones, just regular ones with crowns and stuff) and the CM's called us "your highness" and "your majesty" it was so cool. When we went last year it was in the 80's during the day (not humid at all) but in the upper 60's to low 70's at night - we walked around in sleeveless shirts and shorts - not sure if it's always like that though. I saw many people there who coordinated their costumes - Star Wars characters (mom was leia, dad was luke, etc) skeletons, pixies, brides, cheerleaders - you name it, it was there. You son could do a power ranger, a pirate, buzz lightyear, a rock star - whatever he wants. Just no weapons or sharp objects, nothing the whole face, and nothing that would obstruct getting on and off rides.
! But when we went to
