I have s a stainless/black toaster oven, the size of a microwave oven, that has a built-in bread machine. It's usually just the right size for the three of us, we use it all the time as our oven. We don't even have the gas hooked-up for the stove.

That sounds interesting although I've never heard of them before.

To look at it, you would think it to be a microwave oven. It functions as a toaster, oven, broiler, and the bread machine. I bought it on sale for about $30. It was originally more than $80, I think.

We have black Hamilton Beach and I hate it! It either eats my toast or it pops up immediately after I push it down and then it won't stay down. I guess it is time to buy a new toaster!

Thanks for the explanation. One more thing though! I've never heard of a broiler. What does that do?

I just got mine. It's copper with black trim made by Oster. I tried to hold out for a Mickey one but it doesn't go with my new kitchen.

I have a Mickey Toaster, it's actually the version from before the "new" Mickey Mornin' Toaster, and it's lasted a long time. My mom had 2 of the "new" Mickey's and they both died within a matter of months I know she misses hearing Mickey pop up her toast in the mornings.
