what color shoes??

Formal dress that is long length. It is a mocha color.
Can I wear black shoes? Or should I get some gold ones?
It would be a hard color to match the dress exactly.

Personally I would do gold. But I think you could get away with the black if it's floor length dress.

They are Louboutin snakeskin shoes. Oh how I love all his shoes. Unfortunatly I have fred Flintstone feet and could sadly never fit in them. But I can dream.
If you want to stand out you could also do red. (can you tell I like shoes.)

I agree, a cute black strappy heel, that way the color would not be too overpowering.
Of course I'm not a fasionista and I don't know if its a fashion don't to wear strappy heels in January, oops

There is no rule on that For example you can wear an all black outfit andd wear something like red, teal or metalics for a shock of color.

I personally don't wear much gold but I do have more shoes in fun colors and metalics than I do plain black or brown.

I think it would depend on the type of jewelry you planned to wear. If you were wearing gold jewelery, I'd probably say some kind of gold shoe. If you were going with any other type, I'd say go with black shoes. Personally, I'd probably go with black because the majority of my wardrobe is black.
