What color is your bedroom?

We did our bedroom over almost 2 years ago. We got all white furniture (bed, dressers, nightstands, wall shelves, scatter rugs on medium stained oak floors). and white accessories. The trim is white and we added a chairrail and beadboard half way up in white.
Sounds drab....but when you see the color we painted the walls it brings out the white. It looks brite and beautiful.
The walls are pink...(think Pepto Bismol pink).
I get so many reactions from this...DH likes it too

I also have white curtains, sill length...but the bedspread has blue in it as well as just a little of the color of the pink that is in the walls. Everything is done in a seashell theme.

I'd say to you go with color! Get brave, I think you'll like it!

My bedroom is white, lol, but we're redoing some of the other rooms in the house right now. I just painted the family room Mellow Yellow, and the kitchen will be Light Pistachio, and the kids bathroom Lavender Ice (all of these are Benjamin Moore colors.) I've actually seen a commercial for B. Moore where the woman says her room is Mellow Yellow! Hey, that's my room!

DS (4) wants a green room, we'll see about that, I don't want to do a really girly green color, but I don't want anything too bold or bright either.

Sage, tan and cream.. those seem to be the colors at the top of my list right now.. lil Mermaid, May I ask which color is where??..

Chatty.. you are quite the decorator!! I love the idea for your guest room. My guest room is also my office... I put in a huge desk that is too big for the room.. but maybe I can do something about that too..

The walls are green, and the carpet and trim is a rich cream (not off white at all, definitely cream.) The bedding incorporates all three colors, along with a little bit of berry red.
I think the color scheme would be complimentary to the oak furniture.
I was sort of afraid to put so much color on the walls, but it looks great!

Mine is blue...I sponge painted the walls with dark blue and pearl and the curtains are a floral but primarily blue...hardwood floors

Ours is sage green with while ceiling. We just got new carpet in house....its called "beach" but its a light sandy brown....really pretty. (not dark at all)
We did the bed in sage green/cream and it accents the room nicely. the furniture is medium pine with bamboo accents.

mamajoan, the red is very beautiful if it is my room was skeptical at first but am very glad that we chose that color. we painted our kitchen creamsicle and that also is gorgeous and we have accented with blue yellow and red.

Boring egg shell with a white ceiling. In our last home, DH had painted three rooms, and they all came out gorgeous. It had just a pinch of color in it. Our bedroom had peach...gorgeous! Baby's room had mauve, and the living room had a touch of purple. They were gorgeous! I'd like to do it here, but I'm not in the mood to pay someone to come in and do it.

Our bedroom is periwinkle blue with cream trim and chair rails. We have natural wood furniture, and natural wood Pergo. I love our bedroom, its one of my favorite rooms in the house.
