What characters are at "The Kitchen" at HRH?

I was just reading this....

Activities almost every night:
Tuesdays & Saturdays – Universal Orlando® Character Dining
Kids can cook on select nights
Other entertainment includes a magician

Does anyone know what characters are there? Thanks

We ate there on a Saturday night,but were unaware that it was character dining. So, imagine our surprise to have Shrek and Scooby Doo join us for dessert! Don't think there were other characters there.

The kids cook dinner thing is fun too. They make their own pizzas, get chefs hats, etc. My kids had fun.
