What characters are at the Epcot Character spot?

Hello DISers!
I tried searching for this answer but was unsuccessful. Is there a set lineup or do they change?

Mickey, Goofy, & Minnie are the standards.

While it's very rare to be different, there have been sightings of Pluto or Max, but I would assume the three listed above.

(Sorry had to edit, Pluto used to be at the old character spot in EP. He sadly isn't a regular anymore.)

What are the times for the Epcot character spot? Is this referring to the one for visa card holders or something different?

The Character Spot is open to all guests and is located in Future World. It's just past the now empty Innovations building where the Visa cardholder meet and greet is. Character Spot should share the same hours as the park, while if I remember correctly the Visa meet is only available from 1-7.
