Here's my list but not necessarily complete or in order of importance.
1) More parking at the Hospitality House for easier access to the main pool.
2) A foot bridge over the waterway adjacent to Penninsular Road, placed across from building 28 to the tennis court area. Again to provide easier access to the main pool. An additional benefit from this improvement would be reducing the number of autos resort guests take to the Hospitality House to access the feature pool.
3) More deck space, lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas at each pool.
4) Sidewalks. What's with sidewalks that end at shrubbery? We should never have to walk behind parked autos. This really annoys me and we don't even have children to keep track of. The only time a pedestrian should mix with traffic is if they have to cross one of the main roads.
5) Screened in balconies not just a screen door.
6) More Grand Villas.
7) Lighting the walkway to Downtown would be nice. For that matter improve the walkway by making it wider and resurfacing it.
8) Cabanas...I'd like an area with private cabanas near a pool with, chairs and table, phone, small refrigerator and other conveniences. I often find it difficult to find a satisfactory location at the pool. This cabana would be reserved only for the guest who owns it. How would one own it? Cabana points of course. I absolutely would buy a number of cabana points equal to the number of OKW points we own. Cabanas like villas would be booked based on availability. It would take the same number of cabana points to reserve a cabana as it takes to reserve a villa. A studio cabana, weekday, dream season...10 points (acommodates 4). A Grand Villa cabana weekend, magic season...123 points (acommodates 12). Purchase price per point, maybe $6.30 (7.5% of the current OKW point price for points purchased direct from Disney). Dues 28 cents per point (7.5% of the current OKW dues). Where do I sign?
