What chain has largest suites?

We're travelling with a friend of my son's we've never taken before and I want him to feel comfortable. I'd love to find a two bedroom suite so the boys can have privacy but I know those are rare. Which chain has the largest suites in your opinion? We stayed in a Springhill once and we were squeezing by the bed to get to the bathroom AND the sofa bed created a fire hazard for safe exit. It was clean but very cramped.

Embassy Suites are always roomy and the price includes a breakfast buffet (very nice in my experience).

Just one bathroom though - have you considered getting two connecting rooms? Depending on the age of the boys, this might be a good alternative which would give everyone plenty of privacy.

You didn't say where you were traveling to, although I'm assuming WDW.

But in general, Homewood Suites by Hilton have awesome 2 BR suites. There is a foyer, full kitchen and living room and then on opposite sides of the living room are 2 completely closed off with doors bedrooms (each the size of a regular hotel room itself) and each bedroom has it's own full bath.

My elderly uncle and myself share one of these when we travel out of state to visit my sister. We get privacy but I am safer as he's in the same suite and I have peace of mind since he's older and with a prior heart attack, I know I'm right there if he needs me. They are also awesome so we can put my 3 yo to bed and then stay up and have a drink, watch a movie or chat after his bedtime. They're very reasonably priced.

Oh, and they have a great, free hot breakfast!

Not sure why Manning was charged for breakfast at a Homewood Suites...the buffet breakfast is always free. Sounds like a big misunderstanding.
We stay at Hilton properties just about once a month. Homewood Suites are a great option. Most offer (in addition to the buffet breakfast) a light dinner Monday through Thursday, along with a managers reception. (Managers reception=soft drinks, wine and beer free during reception hours.) The light dinner is usually more than enough--varies by the day, could be: sloppy joes, meatloaf, baked chicken, tacos, that sort of thing along with sides/salad. (Reception and dinner are only M-Thurs.) Breakfast is 7 days a week.
Embassy suites offer a cooked to order breakfast, along with a managers reception/bar snacks usually from about 5:30-7:30 in the evening. (These receptions are 7 days a week.)

The Marriott Residence Inns are very good and have studios, one and two bedroom suites.

Staybridge suites have 2 bedroom 2 BATHROOM suites! We stay in one when we drive down to disney every year. I don't know where you are going but if they have one there check it out.

If you are going down to orlando- The Portofino Hotel at Universal has a HUGE suite(and it's cheaper than a regular rack rate night at a deluxe in Disney)

I'm a suite person...HATE hotel rooms... and have stayed in PLENTY. Your best bet is to check their website and see their layout and ask for the choices, like two bathrooms, two tvs, etc.

I've been staying in suites since my son was about 8 and in 8 years I think we've stayed in over 100 suites, condos or vacation homes. All chains are not the same in different cities and most offer different amenities. Check with them first.

I stayed in a two bedroom suite at a Residence Inn and it was very nice. Living room, kitchen, two nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very roomy.

Biggest was at a Clarion in Gatlingburg, TN
It was HUGE.

Hilton does a great job with its Embassy Suites and Homewoods IMO.

Enbassy suites are different though in each city. The Embassy suites in Delray Beach Florida have 2 bathrooms where the one on Commerce in Boca Raton has just the one bathroom.
Parking rates all differ as well. Delray charges to park where Boca Raton is free.
The breakfasts are great!
