Not to make you too jealous, but I don't have to go to Epcot to get them. :teeth:

Please do yourselves a favor and go to the Italy Pavillion. There's a store where they sell wine and chocolate. You HAVE to get the Perugina Dark Choclate with Almonds chocolate bar! It's Delish! And not to make you too jealous but I was just there last Thursday and I got myself one and I'm induldging in it right now!!!!
O.k., you little trouble maker! I absolutely LOVE dark chocolate and almonds. You know where I will be when I get there next time! My hips and thighs will thank you! :goodvibes

Haha! :rotfl2:

Well, if it's any consolation, they say Dark Chocolate is very good for you, full of antioxidants! So, you don't have to feel too guilty! :rotfl:

So I have heard. So I am sticking to that one as FACT! And can you believe I actually dreamed of this silly candy bar last night ? ? ? Now that is nuts (no pun intended!). :rotfl:

YOU CAN GET SOME OR ALL OF THIS CANDY CHEAPER AT WALMART OR ON-LINE!!! I know I can get the Haribou Gummy bears for .96 cents at WALMART!! Oh, and my Italian Candy I can buy cheaper on line! :thumbsup2

Does anyone know of anywhere that I can get Twirl (Cadbury chocolate bar that is like a Flake only dipped in chocolate) in the US but not at Epcot??

They charge $2.25 each and I know that someone must have them cheaper. I checked at my local Walmart and Publix and didn't have any luck finding anything except Pocky.

Germany has a candy shop- they sell white chocolate Toblerones! YUM! They only have milk chocolate that I've seen here.

(In my best Homer Simpson voice), "mmmmmmm . . . . Toblerones."

I love the sushi-inspired candies from Japan. But, I've never eaten any. In fact, I still have the ones I bought in 1997, never opened and safely placed out of the sun inside my curio cabinet

One candy that is missing from Epcot is Kindereggs!!!! They sell them in Germany, Austria and Canada (the actual countries) but you can't get them in the states...I was so sad when I found that out...

But, they do have Milken chocolate bars! Hazelnut is my favorite...mmmmmm

Just got back and the UK has Curly Wurly's again! I got one and tried it. It was really good but I still like the Twirl better!

Thanks to this post, I will make sure I stop for a Curly Wurly every time I'm at Epcot.

We were in Epcot this past Monday when I remembered reading on this thread earlier about the old Marathon candy bar. I stopped in the shop and bought a Curly Wurly. It was exactly as I'd remembered it!

My husband is from Canada and they have something called a Coffee Crisp in the Canadian pavillian. They are wonderful. They are like really big kit-kats with a coffee taste... Very yummy :goodvibes

We live on the border but really don't "cross the river" all that much. DBF will be so happy that he can get a Coffee Crisp while at Epcot.

Also - his grandfather is from Italy. Any suggestions for candy that he probably can't get from the local Italian import store?

::yes:: we have Kindereggs here in Canada. When the NBA expanded into Orlando, Nestlé (I think) made Nestlé Magic Balls. They were along the same lines...but....inside....were Disney figures (solid, though). In my china cabinet, I have some Lion King and Hercules figures. I have a genie, too, but I don't remember if he came from the Magic balls or not, since he is a bit bigger. I bought them just after the things had been banned, at a flea market for 25¢ each!

I haven't had time to look at these all so I don't know if these have been mentioned yet, but there is a gumdrop like candy sold in Norway. The package just says Soft Raspberries on them and they are in a clear plastic bag, but I love them!!!!!!!!!

You'll probably think I'm weird, but every trip I have to buy the gummy peaches (Hasbo?) from Germany. I am addicted to these things, but I haven't been able to find them where I live...
