what can we order for table service on DP

Typically what are we able to order at a sit down non buffet dinner? Are kids different? Say for instance an appetizer, meal, drink, dessert? Does this apply for kids? Lets say they have milkshakes, is that considered drink or dessert?

On the dining plan, you get a certain number of counter-service (CS) credits, a certain number of table-service (TS) credits, and a certain number of snack credits -- this applies to both adults and children. When you use a TS credit, you're entitled to an appetizer, an entree, a soft drink, and a dessert. Children must order from the children's menu. There are several restaurants where milkshakes are permitted choices as the soft drink, including the bottomless milkshake at Whispering Canyon Cafe. Just ask your server at each restaurant what is included there.
