What can I get with a sandwich on DDP?

I had read that there are grilled ham and cheese at AllStarMovies for breakfast. If I am on DDP what else can I get with that besides a drink? Muffins, fruit, chips? Thanks in advance!

A CS breakfast includes just the "entree" (in your case, the grilled ham and cheese) and a beverage. At lunch, you'd also get a dessert.

How can they differentiaite between breakfast, lunch and dinner on a counter service meal? I would think a CS is a CS

The CM enforces this aspect of the Dining Plan rules. A CS is definitely not a CS -- the brochure clearly differentiates between breakfast versus lunch-and-dinner.
