What Can I Do With Leftover Points?

I have 12 points in my Feb 2017 UY that were banked from 2016. I can't use them as my next trip will be in March of 2018. Is there anything I can do with them?

I suggest putting them up on the rental board for $10/pp. You have a good chance of selling them to someone for a quick weekend stay who lives close by WDW.
