What can I do for my 12 yr old's BIRTHDAY while at the park?

We are headed to DL for 5 days...our last day there is also my son's 12th birthday. What fun surprises and things can I plan for him for his birthday? I know we can get him a bday button, but what else can we do to make it special?

Sign him up to do Jedi Training Academy on his birthday? It's a pretty spectacular show where the kids get Jedi robes, lightsabers, and battle one of the Dark Side characters on stage. They also take great PhotoPass pictures of each kiddos battle. Could make a great birthday memory book or poster?

I second SMD! Some of those cakes are unbelievably gorgeous. I would plan a lunch or dinner at Blue Bayou with the cake in his favorite flavor and color for dessert.

That sounds fun! But if there is a Halloween party the night of his birthday, will they still have WOC? We are not doing a Halloween party because I just can't justify the cost...

We like to celebrate the entire trip! If you are staying at one of the resort hotels, they do some pretty spectacular in room celebrations or even just some goodies waiting in the room. We've done the in room birthday celebration which is just awesome and over the top! I've also just had goodies waiting in the room which is fun! They also deliver to good neighbor hotels. Enjoy!
