I've upgraded from a nikon D80 to a 7100 and haven't even put the battery in it yet and now wondering about changing my camera strap. Need one thats comfortable/secure/breathable/fit for a woman.
Have been using a promaster neck strap for my 80 and most times have it over my shoulder...I'm tired of my neck taking a beating and it also gets hot in the summertime....but..it has served me well.
Seems like people are buying straps like the joby, black rapid (a zillion models), luma with bracket/tripod strap mount. Visions of my upside down hanging camera really scare me !!!

So....Please tell me what you use and if your happy with it??
HELP??
What do you think....maybe I should just use what I have..
Thanks,
Carol

I finally got the chance to use my xxxx. At first I was loving it, it is much more comfortable and agile than the factory straps that come with my camera. So glad I chose to put it on my lower end camera (D300) for it's test run. After using it in a wedding situation for a couple of hours, the base that I had tightly connected came disconnected and my camera fell to the ground shattering my long lens just as the wedding was getting started.
