My friend and her BF are spending 2 nights at POP, What building is a good location? Thanks!

The buildings are all close to the same distance from the main building (with the exception of the 80s and 90s buildings which are about 5 min further), so I usually request the theme I like best. My faves are the 50s and the 60s.

we just got back last night, and had requested the 70's to be near the goof spouts. we did get the 70's building, however we had the furthest room down (closest to the lake) at first I did'nt like it. it meant a little further walk to the food court, but we liked it at night - it was quiet and peaceful ;)
ended up being a great location

We just got back last night too! We had requested the 50s, but got the 60s. It turned out to be great though - we were on the back side facing the lake which was very quiet at night. The rooms facing the pool must be super loud (the pools are open til midnight and in the morning one morning they were cleaning with a power washer early in the morning). I felt sorry for the people in those rooms!

We've stayed in the 50s and 70s too, always away from the pool and they have all been great!

I stayed in the 80s section away from the pool (Building 7) and it was nice and quiet.

We stayed in the 50's in a non preferred room. It was just behind the Lady icon on the corner. We felt this was an awesome location. Not far to walk to Everything POP, but right by the 50's bowling pin pool. Such a cute theme and my DD loves Lady and the Tramp!

We had the 3rd floor of the 50's Tramp building facing the pool. Even though the pool is open late, we rarely heard anything...too TIRED to hear anything I mean :rotfl:

We also have had the 70's twice, different building both times. Haven't had a bad room yet!

Surprisingly, it's about the same distance from the furthest room in the 90s building and the furthest room in the 50s, to the center of Classic Hall. That means that actually the rooms in the 80s and 90s are closer to the buses and Everything Pop than those 50s rooms!

Only if you're cutting straight through the parking lots & not trying to go from your room in the boondocks to the food court using the sidewalks or paths!! We ended up driving our car from the back to the front to eat & catch the bus & we weren't the only ones. Plus you could get lost trying to find your room at night from where the bus dropped you off unless you cut through the parking lots & I'm not for doing that in the dark or during the heat of the day. That's why this time it's a preferred room @ POP - not pot luck!!

I stayed in the 70's building right next to the main hall. It was a great location! Easy, short walk to the buses and to the food court. It was also a short walk to the hippy dippy pool. I also stayed one night in the Lady building in the 50's. That was also a short walk to everything.
