By looking at photos from past disney trips. Its kind of a bittersweet feeling. I wish i was there, but glad i have the memories and the comfortable feeling i get when remembering.
talking to my husband on the phone when I am stressed gives me comfort (since I usually only get stressed when he's not around) I also like to curl up on the couch with my Pooh fleece blanket. That's always nice.
Okay, this might be the weirdest post of the day, but what brings me comfort are books I've already read, and bologne sandwiches with ketchup on them. I curl up in my favorite chair, with an old book and a couple sandwiches and instantly feel better!
