What attractions are super low on your priority list, and why?

This will be our first time to WDW so Soarin and Star Tours are low on our priority since we've seen them plenty at DLR. We may end up riding them but new attractions take priority.

At Magic Kingdom:

Tea Cups - have never done
Tomorrowland Speedway - have never done
Winnie the Pooh - have never done
Dumbo - we did once on our first trip but never since, even after they redid them.
Aladdin's Magic Carpets - never done
Astro Orbiter - never done
People Mover - great to relax but we got stuck on it when there was a problem and had to walk down. That wasn't fun.
Peter Pan - the line is always so long. It is pretty neat, but if you can't get a fast pass, it is a long line to wait in for an okay ride.
Carousel - honestly I think we've just missed that one even though we've walked by it many times.
Barnstormer Depending on the ages of your kids, this one isn't very exciting. We wouldn't wait in line again.

Things people avoid that I like:

Stitch's Great Escape - is strange but hilarious. I love seeing people get slimed (is that a spoiler...)
Carousel of Progress - I find this very relaxing and most importantly - AIR CONDITIONED! Great for a relaxing time if you are tired and hot - also Hall of Presidents for the same reason.
It's a Small World Again I cite the air conditioned and relaxing motive. Granted, if the ride stopped for a while and I was stuck hearing the song and watching the slightly creepy dolls for an extended period of time, it might creep me out. But even when we hit Magic Kingdom twice during our stays, we usually ride this one at least once each day we are there.

Epcot:

Mission Space - yeah, I let me kids go but no way. Tried once and chickened out, having to walk down the long walk of "I'm a chicken" shame. If you have motion sickness, just don't even try.
Ellen's Energy Adventure - never done it.
Captain EO - But if you haven't done it, give it a try. It's air conditioned and it's fairly relaxing. Kind of funny to see things that were "cool" in the 80's but are definitely out of date now. My kids still laugh about it, and we went for the first time 3 years ago.

On a side note, we finally made it to Living with the Land in extra magic hours at our last trip. It was very interesting. I wouldn't say it was exciting, but it was interesting enough that my family was impressed and wants to go when we go back.

Hollywood Studios:

Star Tours If you have motion sickness, don't even try.

Animal Kingdom:

Honestly, the only things we DON'T do are the little kid rides in Dinoland. This is my family's second favorite park. (third favorite for me behind Hollywood Studios)

Good luck!

:wizard:

MK

Swiss family treehouse - dull
jungle cruise - rather see real animals at ak
Tiki room - eh
Magic carpets - typical carnival ride
Country bears - horribly in need of some sort of update
Tom Sawyer island - dull
Riverboat - dull
Barnstormer - typical carnival ride
Tea party - too spinny
Stitch - never done but avoiding on reputation
Astro orbiter - typical carnival ride
Speedway - never done but doesn't look fun

Epcot -

Ellen - outdated and borderline offensive with sucking up to oil companies

DHS -

Rnr - hurts my neck and head
Voyage of little mermaid - cheesy
Disney jr - no kids the right age for this
Stunt show - never done but not too interested

AK -

Primeval whirl - too spinny
Triceratops - too similar to dumbo, etc...

Magic kingdom is actually my least favorite park.

Definitely Fantasmic. Brutal experience in hot weather for not much of a show.

:dance3: too funny! I'm not OCD enough to actually compile it, but I'm pretty sure at this point we have every possible ride on somebody's "skip" list. :lmao:

For me the traditional headliners are pretty much my "must-do" attractions and then everything else falls into "whatever strikes my fancy at the moment" territory. There's nothing I refuse to do if my group wants it, but I'll also be willing to be the adult left watching little ones for almost anything. As long as I see Mickey, ride Expedition Everest, Space Mountain, RNR, and see some shows and fireworks, I've "been to Disney".

Wow, after making this list, I'm wondering, what the heck do we DO while we're in Disney?!? And yet it's been four years and we still haven't been able to make time in a week at Disney to squeeze in a Universal day to see Harry Potter...

Magic Kingdom:
Dumbo, Little Mermaid, Hall of Presidents, Swiss Family Treehouse, Tiki Room, Buzz Lightyear - cute but just not must-dos for us, we're fine with seeing them once every few years
Frontierland as a whole: we get enough yee haw living in Texas, thanks
Aladdin's Magic Carpets, Astro Orbiter: are three spinners in one park REALLY necessary?
Stitch: that BURP
It's a Small World: that SONG
Teacups: motion sickness
Tomorrowland Speedway: not wasting Disney time on the same sort of generic go-kart ride you can find anywhere
Character meet and greets/character meals: we're two adults who aren't very chatty...it's just weird

Epcot:

Malestrom, China and France movies: cute but not every-trip must-dos
Journey into Imagination, Captain EO, Circle of Life, American Adventure movie: glad I saw them once but don't feel the need to again
Ellen: too long, breaks down frequently, commercial for Big Oil

AK:
All the shows, trails, and Rafiki's: these all fall in the "not every trip" category, so we generally hit the ones that we haven't seen in a few years
Kali River Rapids: SO is not a fan of water rides
Dinosaur: LOUD and super jerky, storyline not worth the pain
Primeval Whirl: motion sickness
The rest of Chester and Hester's: not wasting Disney time on the same sort of generic carnival stuff you can find anywhere

DHS:

Beauty and the Beast: not wasting Disney time to watch this in the heat when I can watch the traveling Broadway version in my hometown once every few years
Indiana Jones, LMA, Voyage of the Little Mermaid, One Man's Dream, Muppets: cute but not every-trip must-dos
Backlot Tour, Captain Jack/Prince Caspian: never bothered to do these yet in 5 trips
Tower of Terror: SO isn't a fan of drop rides
Fantasmic: once was enough for us
Star Tours: motion sickness

Tea cups. No thank you.
Astro Orbiter. Too high.
Anna & Elsa. Sorry people, there's no way I'm waiting in that line. I don't get it.

Family raft ride at Typhoon Lagoon. I waited 45 minutes (while dragging our own raft) for this?????? I refuse to wait more than 30 seconds to do that again.

Small World, for the obvious reasons.

Tea Cups (only because DD wants to).

Dumbo - seriously, there are 3 versions of this and this one has 10X the line of the other 2.

MK
Dumbo -- mom refused to go on after waiting forever when I was a kid; I haven't wanted to go on since
Tea Cups -- we have rides like this at home
Hall of Presidents -- just boring imo, but also worth one visit
Tom Sawyer Island/Liberty Belle -- worth it every few years or so
Astro Orbiter -- I'm afraid of heights

EPCOT
Imagination Pavilion -- Captain EO is 'meh' and I still remember the original ride too vividly to enjoy the current one
Ellen's Energy Adventure -- too long; never rode
American Pavilion -- with everything else to experience in the WS, why stop where I live?
Living with the Land -- my neighbor is a gardening buff so I learn all of this at home
Circle of Life movie -- a real downer imo; I thought about all the excess I was around the rest of the vacation

HS
Backlot Studio Tour -- again, remember the older, better version
Lights, Motor, Action -- not my cup of tea
American Idol -- it's run it's course, I'm over it

AK
Dinoland -- nothing there holds my attention
It's Tough to Be a Bug -- terrified me once, never again (spiders :scared:)
River Rapids -- I don't like getting wet

EPCOT:
Captain EO
Ellen's universe of Energy

MK:
Stitch....never got over the fact that it replaced Alien Encounter.
Liberty Boat
Jungle Cruise....just boring.unless you have a particularly awesome cast member as your guide.

HS
Lights Motor Action
Backlot Tour
*both of these weren't that interesting to me.

Animal Kingdom:
Kali River Rapids....would be fun, I just hate getting soaked every time!
Dig site....very chaotic
It's tough to be a Bug.

My only criteria for lowest priority is if I could have done it at any local amusement park or traveling carnival. So...

Any spinner regardless of theme.
Any tea cup type ride
Any "Merry Go round"
Any "wild mouse" attraction

Plus...really stupid attraction ideas: Stitch and
Captain EO

I try to miss Small World and Stitch- but sometimes the family forges ahead despite me.

I actively avoid/sincerely dislike any and all character meet and greets. We are very very lucky that our youngest are now 23 years old. That means when they were young enough for the characters to be really cool for them, the characters were still wandering around the parks and just popping up here and there. There weren't long lines or anything, no fastpasses, no hassle.

Definitely Mission Space. Made me sick when I rode it so I have no desire to do it again.

I'd also say Space Mountain - too bumpy for me - but it's my son's favorite so I suck it up and ride it. :rolleyes1

Did you try the green ticket or orange ticket? If green then I'm guessing you are super sensitive to motion as that side is one of the more calmer simulation rides I've been on.

Epcot
Turtle Talk with Crush - too kiddie for me

MK
Stitch - hate it
Space Mountain - way too jerky since the "rehab", hurts me

HS
Toy Story - not worth the long lines

AK
Nemo - meh
