What attractions are open on e-nights?

I've never done an e-night before, but now Disney has added one during my May trip. What attractions are usually open? Are there any restaurants, food carts, or shops open?

In March, these were the attractions open on E-Night:

Space Mountain
Buzz Lightyear
Alien Encounter
TTA
Rocket Jets
Splash Mountain
Big Thunder
Haunted Mansion
Country Bears

I know that several eateries and gift shops are open on e-nights. Two eateries I remember are Columbia Harbour House and Casey's Corner

I believe that the Lunching Pad in Tomorrowland is also open

Columbia Harbor House? Usually, it closes early (before regular park closing), so that is a big change if it's really open during e-night.

Pecos Bill's is generally open for the first part of e-night. Lunching Pad stays open the whole time -- of course it doesn't serve much food. Not sure about Casey's. Not a lot of options for food and even less for shopping.

Yup, Casey's is usually open, too (we nearly always have a midnight hot dog!).

When I was there last year, Pecos Bills was open for 2 of the 3 hours of Enite. It closed an hour before the end.
