What attraction has the most Disney "Magic"?

What a great question! There are so many great answers to this, Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, Pirates, Big Thunder. But for my money Peter Pan is the ride that always brings me the most feelings of "magic". As we "head off to Neverland" I feel transported.

Pirates, Haunted Mansion, The Tiki Room (original version), and I really miss 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

For me, "the magic" exists in the atmosphere at Disney, so I feel it in particular during things like the fireworks, and some of the shows, when hearing the music and seeing the characters takes me back to my childhood. A ride is a ride is a ride to me, and while I have my Disney favorites, like Tower of Terror, I honestly don't feel anything different on the ride attractions at Disney parks then I do at Universal, or a Six Flags. The exception to that, however, is strangely enough The Great Movie Ride, particularly during the film montage at the end. I can't explain why, but I suspect its because I love films so much and the escape offer to me. I very easily get invested in films, so to be able to look back on the history of film in that way is very special to me.

Philharmagic! I really love to watch other people's reactions to this attraction when it is their first time experiencing it! I just love the effects...sights...smells...scenes...especially what happens to Donald at the end!

Haunted Mansion. Love love love that ride. Each time you are on it, you notice something different. It's so creative and fun. It was my 5 year old's favorite ride too.

Fantasmic. They cover so much Disney in 30 minutes. They're also the only place I'll find mention of my top 3 favorite Disney movies all in one place(#3 - Pocahontas, #2 - Hunchback, #1 - Hercules)

Well if that's your favorite you should consider yourself lucky you didn't have the experience another poster had. That person said that they watched Fantasmic and there were all these mistakes over and over, like Mickey not coming out of a trap door, canoes driving the wrong direction, etc.

So be glad you never had to see your favorite show ruined like that!

All of the original dark rides have some Disney Magic to them for sure, but honestly, when we went to see Enchanted Tales With Belle, I was surprised at that attraction.

What a unique attraction, in my mind. It immerse you into Beauty and the Beast, the animatronics on Lumiere and having kids (and adults) interact with a live Disney Princess with a special photo session at the end. It was a show, it was meet and greet, but it was personal since the groups are so small. .

It wasn't a ride, but just felt so magical the first time we did it. Didn't hurt it was with my son and my little nieces.

Disney "Magic"... the "Wow" factor that no one else seems to have. It's details, the technology, innovation, decoration, or that you can experience something 100 times and still find something new.

Technology doesn't spell magic. Disney has 4 parks and lots of fun rides with my second favorite being Rock'n Roller Coaster, but in my opinion, the attractions that contain the most Disney magic are all located in the Magic Kingdom. Splash Mountain, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, Peter Pan, It's A Small World and the Tiki Room. They all have one thing in common. They all have extensive use of animatronics. The music, theming and especially the extensive use of animatronics are what separate Disney from all other theme parks.

Haven't read all of them, but 7DMT really got me, surprisingly. The movement of the characters, the eyes, her dancing at the end...It's so hard to pick though because so many of the rides are just innovative and magical. I don't know what it's called offhand, but that show where they project onto the castle is something else and it always, always gets me. It's unlike anything I've ever seen.

While it may not be appropriate here, I'd like to mention Radiator Springs Racers at DCA. Talk about the ride that has it all. Not to mention the pure spectacle when looking at it from afar and at night.

My number one is Peter Pan! Flying over London is pure Disney Magic to me.

Also agree with Haunted Mansion, Pirates, Splash, Philharmagic and Wishes.

And kudos to pp who mentioned the ORIGINAL Figment ride. Definitely Disney Magic.

It's a loaded question :) and a great one! I mean, my favorite ride hands down is ToT, but as far as Disney "magic" I'd have to say Haunted Mansion. Like many PP's stated, but it's a ride I can go on probably 5 or more times on one trip, it never gets boring, we love the song and theme and you see something new everytime

Tower of Terror. What a crazy concept. But what is even more amazing is its realization. What an iconic huge presence. Amazing detailing, wonderful ode to Twilight Zone. Very fun ride in every aspect. No one else has anything like it. Period.

Probably Wishes.
