What attraction has the most Disney "Magic"?

Wishes during the holidays with the dream lights (/ ice lights?) slowly dimming when it starts, then reappearing towards the end of Wishes. Nothing more magical than this for me.

Whilst it's in Disneyland, not Disney World, Snow White's wishing well at night when she is singing 'I'm Wishing' and it echo's in the well, first time I heard this I'll never forget. Such a magical touch.

And Paint The Night ofcourse. That parade needs to come to MK immediately

Not saying it's my favorite ride or that it's the only worthwhile ride at Disney, but honestly, Toy Story Mania is just out of this world. The technology behind it is incredible! It's like stepping into a video game. The decorations are also awesome, and I'm excited for Toy Story Land because they've really nailed it with this ride. TSM is what I expect from Disney (other than its classic attractions). The new Star Tours has really been a step up in my opinion too, and Mission Space (my FAVORITE ride) has no comparisons. Other than these, Pirates, Jungle Cruise and HM are Disney-quality too. :)

Mickey's Philarmagic! Without a doubt one of the most inventive things done at WDW. Music, animation, story line -- great!

Tough one! The reasons are plentiful but here are top 5 in order:

Splash
Pirates
7DMT
HM
Tie for PP/Space

The most "magical" attraction, I mean, there's a few different things I nominate for different reasons.

One Man's Dream: it brings everyone back to the journey and struggles it was to create such an empire, it brings into light a man that so many people don't even think about when traveling to Disney. It brings Walt back into the picture, everything he created, everything he went through to make Disney what it is today.

Fantasmic: The show brings together classic Disney characters, songs, movies, and most of all the adventures through Mickey's imagination! Which truly is the story of Walt's imagination, all of the people and stories he created (or altered into a more magial adventure) throughout the years. We watch Mickey conquer his fears and the dark side of nightmares, and come out on top, then the music swells an he pops up on top of that mountain and I'm a bawling mess

Runner ups:

Phillharmagic: It houses such classic Disney tales/songs and the 4d makes the kids go insane, they reach out to help save donald, do try and grab some of the jewels, it's just fantastic.

Festival of the Lion King: Again, classic disney movie and characters and music, and the way the theater works and the way the entire show just immerses you, you're really part of the magic and it houses some of the greatest talent on property! It's amazing and brings me to tears every time

For me it's either Haunted Mansion or 7 Dwarf Mine Train. I see different things every time on each.:hmghost:

The view down Main Street toward the castle. It's not an attraction but it really signifies to me what WDW is all about.

Also, the Haunted Mansion.

This is a great question! For me, my top ones are definitely Splash Mountain, Wishes, and Spaceship Earth.

However, there was a pre-show (of all things) that really stood out for me. When we took our family trip back in 2002 at age 8, we saw Honey I Shrunk the Audience over at Epcot. This attraction isn't there any more, but before the 3D show, there was a little pre-show. It was to the song "True Colors" and it was absolutely breathtaking. Hands down, that video and song is what I remember most from that trip. It was so inspiring, and definitely captured the "Disney magic" for me.

Here is a link to watch the pre-show. It was discontinued in 2003.

There were three attractions at Disneyland when I was a teen (never went until then) that stand out as iconic of Disney. Yes, all three are corny.

1. It's a Small World
2. Country Bears Jamboree
3. America the Beautiful (360 film)

To this day, I am disappointed that two of the three of them are closed when I go to DL. At 54 years old now, my biggest personal excitement about going to WDW this month is being able to see Country Bears Jamboree, and at least to be able to see the 360 films in EP that look like they are fashioned after America the Beautiful, with bars to lean on and all. I know my response is corny and nerdish, but the truth is that what makes Magic at Disney is a very personal experience for each of us as individuals.

Splash Mountain.

I didn't go to Disney until I was 34. I thought it was just a log flume ride. I was in awe and "got" Disney and what it was all about.

Splash Mountain is great because it is a lasting nod to a brilliant film that has been locked away in the PC vault for no one to see.

Peter Pan! My first trip to Disney was as an adult with my family a few years back, and I scoured these boards religiously to learn about the different rides and I remember always reading about how much everyone loved Peter Pan's Flight and how magical it was. Once I finally got to Disney (and made sure it was the first ride of the day!) it all made sense! It's truly so magical and it's hard to understand unless you've experienced it.

POTC (Disneyland Resort), Haunted Mansion and Haunted Mansion Holiday (Disneyland Resort), Matterhorn, Jungle Cruise, Monorail, Submarine Voyage, Adventures through Inner Space and Mine Train through Nature's Wonderland.

I think Enchanted Tales with Belle. The whole experience to me is pure Disney magic. The magical mirror that transforms to a portal to the castle and just the interaction of Belle with all the kids. Seeing their eyes light up and being a part of the story with her and the other characters gives you that "Wow - Disney is amazing" feeling!
