What arrival time to AK to RD Navi?

One of our AK mornings (2/11/20), we will be focusing on Pandora. We have an FP for FoP at 9:25am and want to ride Navi first. What time should we try to arrive at the entrance for a 9am opening? We are 2 adults and a 5 year old, and I really want to avoid the mad rush of people heading to FoP for RD. I would like to be in line for Navi no later than 9:15am. I'm also trying to avoid getting to AK earlier than 8 because this day will be our 9th day in WDW, and I'm sure my 5 yr old will be worn out. If we arrive closer to 9, will that help us to avoid the mass of people going to FoP? Or will we just be stuck at the entrance trying to get in to the park? The last time we were in AK, Pandora wasn't built yet, so I really have no idea how it is. Thanks!

30 minutes before park opening will be fine. 95% of the Pandora RD crowds will head straight for FOP.

I agree with PP regarding arrival time being 30 min before park opening. As to the "Mad Rush of people heading to FoP for RD", unfortunately, you will be part of that thundering herd for a good portion of your own dash to Navi as both rides use the same path until very close to the rides. If you arrive later, there is the possibility that you will not achieve your timing goal of 9:15.

Completely agree.
You want to get there early enough to not be too far back in the crowd. But most of the crowd will be headed to FoP.
You should have a very short wait.
