What are your working hours?

Well, I work at home but I do have a set schedule. M-2-10pm, T&TH 6-11 a.m. and 8-11 p.m., Friday 12:30-4:30 and Sunday 6-10 a.m. (not quite full time-32 hours)

I was hoping to go FT in the FAll when both DD's are in school and want to work days but not sure they're going to let me. (I'm a med. transcriptionist).

Ditto here. I usually get in around 7-7:30, eat lunch at my desk, work until around 6:00pm and bring work home with me every night.

Sonar...So sorry about that. Salaried employees are definitely at a disadvantage when it comes to hours. I know my boss at the hospital used to say that when she figured her salary divided by her hours worked, she made about $.25 an hour. LOL! Not quite!

My DBF works from 2-10 at the care home with a 45 minute dinner break

I work part-time and my official hours are 8am - 1pm Mon - Thurs. and 8am - noon on Fridays. I say official because I am always there before 7:45am and sometimes stay until around 2-3 Mon - Thurs. Fridays are very good days for me, owner isn't in and I am out the door for the weekend around noon.

I work in a school. 7:30 - 4 every day but sometimes later for meetings and on weekends for extra-curricular stuff. It's nice getting out at 4 but sometimes it would be nice to have a lunch hour (which we don't really get-- have to eat with the kids!)

9 - 7:15, M-F, sometimes until 8 or 8:30 if there is an issue. But they made it the offer I couldn't refuse!

I work in an office with flex time. We officially get 45 minutes for lunch.

I work 9 hours (plus the 45 minutes for lunch) per day and get a day off every other week. I, too, am a salaried employee, so these hours are often much longer.

Some work 9 hours and get Friday afternoons off.
Some work 10 hour days and only work 4 days per week.
Some do the straight 8 hours 5 days per week.

I come into the office by 7:45 and leave at 5:30.

I drop the kiddies off, in by 8:30 (ish), crazy lunch 1/2 hour at 3 to pick kiddies up from school (I work less than 5 minutes from home and kids' school), and off at 5pm. Except on nights I have school, when I'm out at 4:45pm

Usually 4pm-1am- Ive done a few 10pm-7am and a few 7am-4 pm and everything in between before but 4-1 is my normal schedule

Days off is another thing- Its rotates every week

8:00 - 2:00 with a 1/2 hour lunch. So, I only work 30 hours a week. Hopefully we will have enough interest for the pre-school to run an afternoon session next year and then my hours will be 8:00 - 4:00.

I only work 11:00 am to 1:30 pm. Mon-Fri. I'm off every day the kids are off including summer, Christmas and spring breaks, plus all the other half days and assorted days off. Not bad at all, but I'll never get rich!

Now that I'm in school, my work hours are all over the place. Normally though, it's 8:30-5 with 1/2 hour of personal time.

I work 10-5, Mon- Sat. No given lunch hour. I am here by myself, so I eat when I want.
I work in a used bookstore - its a great job. I have Cable TV, can get on disboards when I'm not busy (today is a good day for that)
My bosses attitude is if it doesn't get done today, tommorow works. The pay stinks, but ya can't have everything;)

1230-8 Wed

It takes me 4mins to get to/from work. I wait till DS gets to the library on the school bus to take my 50min lunch break. We combine our (2) 10min pd breaks w/our 30min unpaid lunch.

After almost 6yrs Im starting to not mind working Wed nights. (Could be that DS is almost 6yrs older than when I started)
I need the Wed morns off to either grocery shop or clean house.
When I started we needed to work a Sat every month. However a parttimer in the children's dept actually wants the Sat hrs so she works then.

I work 4pm-12 midnight on weekdays, and 8am-8pm every other Sat and Sun. I only work 5 weekdays every two weeks. I usually work Tues, Thurs and every other Wed, but I can change my days however I like. I love my flexibility :) but no one else can figure out when I'm working  I am home all day with my dds (and see the older one for a bit after school beofre I go to work, on the days I work) then they stay with a friend from the time I leave until DH gets home. He has a traditional office job (if there is such a thing) and works 7:30-4:30, Mon-Fri. He used to work 8-5, but he changed so the kids could stay 30 mins less with the sitter, and also he misses the worst of the rush hour traffic both ways that way. :D He's able to leave only 15 minutes earlier (than he did when he started at 8am) to get to work 30 minutes earlier. Pretty cool.

6:30 - 3:00pm with 1/2 lunch
getting out early rocks but getting up at 5am stinks most days
the older I get the more of a morning person I become
at work I'm shot by 1pm
I get a second wind at home
by 8pm I'm a couch potatoe and once kids are asleep I'm out
usually by 10 - 10:30

M W F 7:30a.m. -1:00p.m. the real hours Tuesday and Thursday and all weekends off

now cut hours I have now

M W F 7:30 a.m. -11:00 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday and weekends and off

Baseball season job

4:00p.m. to 2:00 p.m. It depends on how along the basball game takes to be played. I am the one that stays open. To get the extra hours.

I work 9-4 M-F and we eat whenever we get the chance - I manage a retail store.

Lately DD#2 is sick all the time so I leave work early when the Day Care calls me to come get her.

I'm salaried so while my hours are 8:30 - 5:00 with an hour lunch I usually get in about 7:30 and usually leave between 5:00 - 5:30. This is Monday through Friday. There are times I will go in on Saturdays to do some catch up or if I have a press ok - but those times are rare.
