What are your top 5 TS

We have been several times to WDW and I am in the early planning stages for our trip in January, 2012. I want to try some different restaurants and want to hear your top 5 TS restaurants. We will be on the dining plan so they need to be those restaurants.

1. Kouzzina at the Boardwalk
2. Kona Cafe at the Polynesian
3. Boma at AKL
4. Garden Grill at Epcot
5. Raglan Road at DTD

It really depends on what you are looking for. Do you want character dining or signature meals? We don't like doing signature dining because of our small kids and I don't want to use up 2 credits at one spot Our family does do alot of character meals.
Here are 2 lists:
Top 5 for food quality:
1. Ohana
2. Chefs de France
3. Whispering Canyon
4. Boma
5. 50's Prime Time Cafe

Top 5 Character meals:
1. Crystal Palace breakfast (Early ADR prior to park opening)
2. Garden Grill (Chip & Dale)
3. Chef Mickey dinner (Great interaction with the Fab Five)
4. 1900 Park Fare breakfast (love Mad Hatter)
5. 1900 Park Fare dinner (love the stepsisters!)

1 TS, my choices would be
Le Cellier (this is the only WS TS I have done)
Boma
Cape May Cafe
Coral Reef
Sci Fi

If your interested in 2TS
California Grill def tops my list but then I'm a big fan of sushi and the fireworks
Yachtmans Steakhouse is also fantastic.

I would seriously consider doing a signature restaurant, Cali Grill for the win.
