What are your thoughts on surveillance drones in the US???

Here is a link to a story about the US government using drones in the mainland US to fight terrorism or maybe interdict drugs, what do you think of this??? Are you for/against or agree about part of it??

I have a lot of concerns with the use of drones in this manner. I realize that we have to compromise some of our privacy for additional safety but I'm wondering what are the standards going to be and who is going to determine them. I'm not at all sure I'm going to like where we end up when we lose all rights to privacy but I don't like the idea of terrorists decimating my family/country either. Very troubling situation in my opinion.

Sounds great to me, Bob, just another tool to assist those who are trying to do their job in protecting us. No different, IMO, than any other type of technology to find those who may harm us.

Now i do have a problem with the drones!!!! I dont have a trouble with them being used on our border areas like CA/FLA/Canada etc to try and prevent illegal drugs/guns/aliens from entering our country but i DONT want to see them used in the interior of our country. Its another part if Orwells big brother just like stop light camera's are and camera's that have been put in some of the citie's in public places(like the ones in Tampa Bay as as example.
