What are your Thanksgiving Day plans at Disney World?

I chose AK hoping for lower crowds than the other parks. We will have breakfast at Tusker House that morning before park opening...what are your Thanksgiving day plans?

We also are planning AK on Thanksgiving. I hope to have lunch at Flametree. Our dinner plans are HDDR at 8:30. Looking forward to a great day and week. My husband and I are celebrating our 30th anniversary with a trip to WDW and all our kids and a son's girlfriend are joining in. Cant wait!!!!

Our plans are HS after breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. It's our 2nd day there so hoping to hit shows really. Then, dinner at Cape May and back to HS for lights!!!

We are heading to HS. I have my 3 FP selected and if it is crazy busy afterward we will just head back to the resort for some relaxing time. We have dinner at Cape May so will probably head back to HS that evening for a little bit.

I arrived last year on turkey day. Got to MCO around 10:30 and was in AK a little before 1. Dropped off bags and grabbed a bite to eat at Pop. My friend and I were able to ride EE 3 times (I think there was a 30 min wait, but we did 1 fp+ and 2 standby), walked a couple trails, flights of wonder, saw jingle jangle parade and Fotlk. We left AK after that show and then headed to DTD for dinner at raglan road. Fun night and I felt crowds were very manageable for what was supposed to be a 9.

We are having brunch offsite and have FP+ for MK beginning at 8 pm.

Thanksgiving Day will be our last day at Disney. We will go to the MK. I know it will be the most packed but I can't see not spending our last day there, it's a tradition! I think we have dinner at the Crystal Palace that night.

We will also be at AK! Lunch at Flame Tree, maybe... WCC for dinner at 8:15.

We plan to sleep in. Breakfast at cape may cafe. Head over to HS with 3 fp. Then grab some cold adult drinks while we enjoy the lights. Kids will demand a turkey leg at some point. lol

AK day for us as well. Thanksgiving lunch at Tusker House!

We're doing Magic Kingdom. We will be there after rope drop, but some time before 10:30 am.

Around 10:45 we will meet Ariel (FP+). After that, my wife will do Space Mnt (FP+) and I'll take our daughter to do the Tommorrowland Speedway. After the Speedway I will use the child swap pass my wife gets when she does Space and my wife will do something with our daughter while I am on Space.

After that, we have 12:10 ADR at Cinderella's Royal Table, then FP+ for Buzz from 1:50 - 2:50. We will likely just keep to Main Street, Hub, Tommorrowland and Fantasyland all day.

Shortly after Buzz we will likely call it a day and head back to the resort and get ready for LSU vs Texas aTm which play at 7:30 that night.

We are planning on AK that day and will probably do Flame Tree BBQ for lunch. I do have a 7 PM ADR for BOG but am worried about the MK crowds/possible park closures that day.

Hang out out the Kidanni Pool and take it easy for the day. NO PARKS.

We originally had an ADR for Liberty Tree Tavern on Thanksgiving day, but then we figured that's the same experience every day and we can do it on another day. Managed to switch it for an ADR at Chef Mickey's so we'll probably park hop with no expectations just to see how crowded it is. If we find that one of the parks isn't crowded, we'll take advantage of that.

We are heading to HS and like a previous poster, we are planning to do mostly shows. We have dinner ADR at T-Rex - this trip is a surprise for our kids and that is the restaurant they most want to eat at.

Sadly we r leaving Thanksgiving Day. . Our flight doesn't leave til 5pm so we plan on checking out and hanging by the pool til the bus comes and whisks us away!
