What are your Thanksgiving Day plans at Disney World?

AK as well. Our plans are, be there at rope drop and do what ever we can stand by. We have a late morning breakfast at Tusker House.

Late afternoon we will go to DHS, to use the scheduled FP.

Last year we were at WDW during Christmas week and did this same plan on Christmas Day and it worked out nicely. Let see how it goes this year on Thanksgiving.

We will be in Epcot! FP+ in the am for Mission Space, Spaceship Earth, & Test Track. Lunch in Japan, dinner in Mexico!

This is our arrival day!!! After check in we are going to EP to use our 3 fastpasses for Soarin', Nemo, and Journey/Figment. Then back to the POR and dinner at Boatwright's. I'm hoping the Movies Under the Stars is a good one that night....full night sleep and BOOM! :yay::yay::yay:

Eating at 50s Prime Time at HS and staying to see the Osborne Lights.

Awwwww, reading your posts makes me want to be at WDW on Thanksgiving. Its my favorite time of year to go. :sad1:

We always have done either AK or DHS. Or both. It has never been too bad crowd wise, for those that haven't been before and are worried. Now, Friday at MK---LOOK OUT! LOL

Oh, and seeing the Osbourne lights Thanksgiving night just sets off the beginning of the Christmas season.

Hope everyone has a magical trip! pixiedust:

Relaxing at FW...bike riding, checking out decorations, Pony rides, Trails End for dinner, and chip and dale campfire and movie at night!

I chose AK hoping for lower crowds than the other parks. We will have breakfast at Tusker House that morning before park opening...what are your Thanksgiving day plans?

Thats our check-in day---- going to MK around 2-3PM--- have some FPs set up--- A & E @ 6pm, ("HM" after dinner)

Dinner @ "BoG"-

:thumbsup2

We're doing Magic Kingdom. We will be there after rope drop, but some time before 10:30 am.

Around 10:45 we will meet Ariel (FP+). After that, my wife will do Space Mnt (FP+) and I'll take our daughter to do the Tommorrowland Speedway. After the Speedway I will use the child swap pass my wife gets when she does Space and my wife will do something with our daughter while I am on Space.

After that, we have 12:10 ADR at Cinderella's Royal Table, then FP+ for Buzz from 1:50 - 2:50. We will likely just keep to Main Street, Hub, Tommorrowland and Fantasyland all day.

Shortly after Buzz we will likely call it a day and head back to the resort and get ready for LSU vs Texas aTm which play at 7:30 that night.

We are sleeping in, and then will be at DHS. It's our second day at that park and we're just planning to be there a few hours to do some shows. Then we have a 4:00 at Trails End for Thanksgiving Dinner. We are renting a golf cart at Fort Wilderness and are going to drive around looking at the Christmas lights. Or we may just skip DHS and spend the entire day at the Fort (We're staying at the WL).

Making me a little nervous about heading to AK:) Not really, looking forward to taking it easy and enjoying what we can. I know it's not popular any longer on these boards but we couldn't think of a better way to spend Thanksgiving dinner then with Mickey and the Crew at Chef Mickey's. We have another family of 5 who have never been to WDW joining us, so we're really looking forward to this trip!!!

We have an early breakfast at O'hana then on to AK. Flame Tree for lunch, then ADR at WCC for dinner.

The last time we were at AK for Thanksgiving day, my daughter was able to ride EE over and over. Hoping for good weather and low crowds again.

Studios for us then a late dinner back at CBR At Shutters. It was sort of a last minute trip so favorite restaurants were all booked. No big deal though...we will have a traditional Thanksgiving meal on the Sunday before we travel.

Pool day...I'm hoping. I've never been to WDW in November so I'm unsure on how the weather will be.

Thanksgiving will be our off park day.

However I've just managed to get a reservation at Cali Grill, just in time for fireworks, so it seems that we've got ourselves a Thanksgiving Dinner!

We'll extend our rest from the parks through black friday for some shopping.

I hope everyone has a magical trip!

Epcot all day. Lunch at the Biergarten and having FastPasses for some of our favorites in Future World. Walking around World Showcase, maybe going out to the Epcot resorts for a walk around Crescent Lake. Really, just chilling for the day.

AK for us too! Late lunch (1:15) at Sanaa and then 7pm ADR at Raglan Road.

We are planning to go to HS for Thanksgiving. We are going to sleep in and arrive around 10:30 and then catch whatever we missed from our first HS day. Hoping to finish in the afternoon and have time to take a quick nap before heading to DTD for our 7:45pm ADR at T-Rex (ds 7 and dd9 picked the turkey day restautant!)
