What are your not miss resorts for Christmas Decor

Hi- Planning an Early Dec. trip. Right now staying at Pop, but hoping to change to Wilderness Lodge, if the code fairy shines down on me.

Anyway- I know the Decorations at Grand Floridian, are wonderful, and will see them when we eat at 1900 Park Fare. Even if we don't stay at Wilderness Lodge, we are planning on visiting.

What other resorts go all out for Christmas?- We are only staying 5 nights, but will have the better part of our last day to look around, since we are not planning on visiting any parks that day.

We plan on spending a day touring all the deluxe resorts on our Christmas trip to see the decorations. So I would say all the deluxes.

I would definately see the Wilderness Lodge! It is spectacular. The trip I took with a friend the week after Thanksgiving was the best trip I've ever taken. Enjoy!

We were there in the first week of January this year so some of the decorations were coming down, but we did get to see most of the resort decorations. I agree with Wilderness Lodge. I thought the YC and BC were nice, but my favorite was the Boardwalk Inn. The trees were just soooo pretty. I loved it there

The Boardwalk is really beautiful at Christmas!!! The WL is very nice too

You have mentioned our two favorite Holiday Resorts...GF and WL. However, we also really enjoy the unique features at the POLY and AKL.

We love the decorations at WDW for Christmas. My favorite is the gingerbread carousel display in the lobby of the beach club. Last year we hit the Contemporary at the right time. On the 4th floor there were carollers. Another year, we heard carollers at the Grand Floridian. If you have the time, it's neat to check out all the resorts. If not, be sure to hit the deluxe resorts, especially the ones on the monorail loop.

Wildnerness Lodge, YC/BC, Grand Floridian, Boardwalk, AKL, and the Dolphin has a beautiful, huge tree in the lobby that is a not-to-be-missed.

The huge trees in the beautiful lobbies of the WL, AKL and GF are stunning. We've always stayed at the Boardwalk for Christmas, so I've kind of developed a fondness for thiers too. Two large beautifully ornamented trees with lovely garlands all over. And off season I especially miss the pointsettia tree by the door. I would say though that the first 3 I mentioned at the beginning are the real stunners that I've seen so far.

I agree with all the above but would also tell you to take the bus around Fort Wilderness as the snowbirds come down and really decorate their campsites. It is a sight to see and can easily be viewed from the buses going around Ft. Wilderness.
