1. Spend as much time as possible with DD before she leaves for the UK
2. Finish my novel
3. Submit my children's books to publishers
4. Finish tracing my ancestry
5. Spend more time doing things for me
I bought my last pack of cigarettes today. My goal is to not buy anymore. It's going to be tough, because I really, really, really like smoking. Wish me luck!
1.Lose The Weight that depresses me
2.Save up for part-time courses at college to be able to get a good job in help other people
3.Do more with friends, as this year I only went out about 3 or 4 times (in 365 days ).
4.Finish my demo and give any money earned from it to a foundation that helps dying people get to do the things they want to before they die.
5.Help my mum create the dream she had of opening a place that helps people going through cancer that wasn't available to her when she went through treatment.
I'm determined this year to do things differently.....I'm bored of being the shy, hidden away doing veryy little person I was this year.
well, it is a general "save for travel" gosl...DD will be graduating college in 2012, and DS h.s. Thing is, DD's graduation is in Sarasota, and DS is in Chicago, requiring very quick turn-a -round..not allowing us to tie a celebration vacation in with the actual graduation dates ( go figure, we HAVE to pat the expense to fly / travel to Fl and CAN'T tie in even a day at WDW!) anyway, we would like to go somewhere but it wil be at an additional cost, so trying to save now...18 months is not a long time to save about $5000 for us.
