What are you must sees at MGM?

I haven't been yet, but I know I deffinitely want to see Tower of Terror, Rockin' Rollercoaster, and Beauty and the Beast.

I have no idea what else to include in the touring plan.

Don't miss Fantasmic! It is really an awesome experience. My family and I usually see it twice when we are down there. :wave2:

as you said--ToT & RnR &
1) Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular
2) Lights, Motors Action!
3) The Great Movie Ride--although I wouldn't pout if we missed this
4) Backlot Tour
5) Fantasmic!
6) Muppet Vision 3-D!
7) for the wee ones: Honey I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure
8) Star Tours

Dh & DS17 like Prime Time & H & V. While they are on early opening ToT & RnR I hoof it to the ABC commissary for a quiet breakfast~

there are other neat things to do, but these are the ones we are gung ho about!

What is the Voyage of the Little MErmaid like?

An amazing show. It's in a theatre. The music is the best! It brings tears to my eyes everytime I watch it! Definitely don't miss it.

MGM is my favorite!!! A lot of good stops have been mentioned. TOT and RNR are my two favorites.

However.....
If you ride the GMR more than once, try and ride in the opposite car than you did the first time. The action is different depending on if you ride in the first car or the second car.

Have fun!!!! :Pinkbounc

If you have small DK's don't miss Playhouse Disney!! We have gone to MGM just for this show for our 2 and 3 yo's. :yay:

Don't forget to make time for the street players at all the parks. They have been the highlight of many of our vacations and the one's at MGM are the best. We laugh until we cry sometines.

don't know when you are going but if you have never been i'd go to everything. unless you skip the disney club house thing if you are just adults. i can do everything there in 1 day no problem ( we go off season)

the shows are all very good . little mermaid is very good as are the attractions you mentioned. I really like muppets 4 d, star tours is good although getting a tad dated imo. the parade is good, think it's still the cars, which while i am not a car buff they are very well done. the movie ride is interesting although it would be good if they updated it, it's still good.

this is my least fav. park but mostly because imo some things get old after seeing them a number of times. but it's worth the trip for tot and rnr imo

MGM is my least favorite of the four WDW parks..But I do have some must do's..

1-Muppets 3-D..Love it!
2-Great Movie Ride
3-Fantasmic
4-Picture With Mickey Mouse on Mickey Ave. (actually this is number 1)
5-Eat at Prime Time Cafe

I like TOT somewhat...I'm chicken so Sometimes I can be coaxed on,sometimes not!

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but it's my 60yo mom's favorite....
"Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? - Play It!"

It is a lot of fun & this past January I got into the TOP 10 for the very first time!!

Another big votes for Muppets. I love just wandering around MGM though and looking in the shops that are scattered everywhere[/] and generally soaking up the atmosphere. Me and my dgf also really liked the Honey I Shrunk the Kids play area, was kind of fun to run around it as big kids (22 and 20) and still remember doing the same thing when we were 10.

Here are some of our favorite things to see at MGM:

1. RNR
2. Beauty & the Beast
3. Voyage of the Little Mermaid
4. Star Tours
5. The Muppets

Don't miss my all time favortie acapella group - Four for a Dollar before the Beauty and the Beast show. I'm not lying when I say I enjoy their performance more than the play.

Oh yeah RNR and TOT!
