What are your kids dressing as for Halloween?

If Star Wars Weekends can count as Disney, then I can say yes. :teeth:

Here are the not quite done with yet costume pictures from a couple weeks ago of Attack of the Twins Obi-Wan vs Jango Fett.

As of now, DS6 is going to be the Red Power Ranger. He has options of Peter (narnia) or Captain Hook. He's our costume boy. He asked us to change his name to Lightning yesterday!

With some ingenuity and cannabilizing of his Peter Pan costume, DD9 is going as the Princess of Thieves (Robin Hood's daughter for those not in the know). She looks very cool :goodvibes . She has leant Pocahontas to a friend.

We're very Disney here! :thumbsup2

The sweetpea is going to dress up as Lilo. But because of her broken leg wont be doing much on halloween.

DD5 is going as Alice in Wonderland. It's going to be 70 degrees here tomorrow--yea! no jacket!!

Not a Disney halloween for us. I always try to be different when the kids are little,(and I have a say in the costume) and i see so many disney costumes, so I stay away from them actually.
Claire is 22 months old, and is beign a peacock this year.
I'll try and post a picture!

DS9 is going as the Grim Reaper, DD6 is going as Dorothy, and DD16 mo will be either Eeyore, Honey Pot or Belle, these are all costumes that I've had for years and it's going to depend on the weather.

DD4.5 is going as Jo-Jo (my wife found a GREAT real Disney Store Jo-Jo costume at a local consignment shop for $20).

DD2 has a lion costume, so she will be going as Goliath.

Alternate possibilities for DD4.5 are Cinderella and for DD2 either Mickey Mouse or a Clown also.

DS4 is firefighter mickey.
DS6 is Sorcerer mickey. He didn't want to be, but w/ our upcoming WDW trip we didn't have the money for new ones this year so I made the boys trade costumes from last year. On Sat. night he won the best costume award at the firestation halloween party. He likes his costume now. :rotfl2:
DD5months was Snow white on saturday night and on Halloween night she will be minnie mouse.

My sons are going as Captain Hook and Peter Pan (DS ages 3 and 4) and mommy is tinkerbelle. Last year they were Buzz and Woody (they completely wore those costumes out ... DS 3 refused to take the Buzz costume off for weeks). I had to actually hide the costumes in the coat closet to keep them from wearing them everday since we got them a few weeks ago, and they ask about them everyday! Thank goodness they can finally wear them starting for parties today.

My DS is going to be Stitch...Again. :confused3 Second year in a row...I'm glad the costume still fits...bought it from Disney so you know it wasn't cheap! :rotfl: And luckily we're in NC this year - won't have to worry about fitting a snowsuit under it like when we lived in NH!!
DD is going as a cowgirl this year...and we live in NH..the forecast is for the upper 60s tomorrow..the past 3 years it has been VERY warm on halloween! I remember having to wear my costumes over a snow suit tho!

Our little guy (age 3) is a ghost. He loves spooky stuff, and this is what he had his heart set on. I came up with something really adorable, but it was kind of a challenge to create something that didn't make him look like he was dressed as a junior KKK member! :rotfl:

Anyway, he wore it to Mickey's Halloween party and everybody loved it. It's a white sheet that I cut down to fit. I also cut arm slits and a neck hole so his head sticks through. I didn't want anything covering up his face and making it hard for him to see. I glued really cute Halloween patches (made from plaid and Halloween print material) all over the sheet. So, he's kind of like a patchwork ghost. Very cute! He's wearing a white sweatsuit underneath and we're painting his face white and spraying his hear white.

I like costumes that are "Halloweeny". Is that a word?? Last year he was a scarecrow. The year before he was a tiny vampire complete with a little black tuxedo and cape. And, his first year, he was a pumpkin.

Travis, my 5 year old is a Ninja Turtle. <sigh> It doesn't feel at all imaginative, but he just loved the silly costume when we saw it. My 8 year old is going as Hermione Granger from Harry Potter. She's perfect for it.. long dark hair, know it all attitude.... lol

DD4 is going as Sleeping Beauty (her favorite princess), and DS2 is going as the Malificent Dragon. I found a great deal on the now out of production official Disney Malificent Dragon costume.

My DS (2.5) is going to be Handy Manny. At first I was stumped for something more than a green shirt and jeans, but thanks to my experience from the DISign forum making tees for our trip I realized I could make him a green shirt with Handy Manny on it. I also ironed the Handy Manny name on a hat. We found a little wooden open-top toolbox at a local unfinished wood place and painted it red then I blew up a screen shot of the tools and backed them with craft foam and stuck them to the inside of the box so they stand up off the side. The tool box will be his trick or treat bucket as well. Luckily we live in a small neighborhood and we recently had a block party where everyone asked him what he was going to be...I can't imagine that a lot of people will know what/who he's dressed as

DD9 is going as cinderella and DS son is going as a wrestler complete with the 6pack and muscles

Here in the UK I'm not aware that children do the "nice" dressing-up such as a princess or Mickey Mouse etc.

We just seem to go for all-out horror.

My DS14 will be a faceless monk and DD6 will be a witch (costume bought in Walmart in USA last month so there won't be many like her in Norfolk!!!).

I'm finishing work early so I can get home ready. :)

I'm taking 1 NASCAR drivers trick-or-treating tomorrow night. DS11 is going to be Tony Stewart and DS8 is going to be Jeff Gordon. We found the costumes at Walgreens about a month ago and they had to have them!
