I'm a carb addict, so my snacks tend to run towards chips and crackers.
I try to mix it up with fresh fruit, pickles, and carrot sticks as well but I mostly fall back on chips and crackers (wheat free crackers, veggie chips, and plain potato chips are my current favorites).
Popcorn, cheese and crackers, and when I splurge, chips and dip.
ETA: I kind of feel a little guilty as most others here seem to have more healthy type snacks. Thinking I should go to the store tomorrow and pick up some healthier snacks to pick on
That's me ^^^, that was what I posted a few days ago. Then after reading how so many have fruits, veggies and other healthy snacks, I went out and bought Edamame and dried apricots. So far I've eaten alittle of the Edamame and none of the Apricots, lol
I couldve easily typed in "fruit, raw lettuce, carrot sticks" but im going to get real here cause thats how i roll...I tend to go for JUNK. Always. Cookies. Chips. Candy. Ice cream. You name it. The junkier, the better.
Not gonna lie, most of my snacks fall into the unhealthy category. Chips, candy, cookies, pretzels, snack cakes, etc. But I do occasionally throw some healthy things in there too, like bananas, apples, Cuties, yogurt, peanuts, cheese sticks.
