What are your favorites from the Spice and Tea Exchange @ DTD?

When we were at the World in December, my DW spent the family fortune there.

So far

• The Hickory smoked Sea Salt - used on Pulled Pork and Twice backed potatoes is fabulous!
• The Florida Sunshine Spice Blend - used on Crusted Tilapia filets. Yum

The black Truffle salt tastes amazing also!!

I have to say i was a bit underwhelmed by the Spice and Tea Exchange. That being said the truffle salt is amazing.

If you want an amazing spice experience see if you have a Penzeys in your area.

I'm also a fan of the black truffle salt. I've put it in scrambled eggs (with dill, too!), in my sauteed veggies, baked potatoes, and to season a strip steak.

I bought vanilla bean tea, pear caramel tea, and black chocolate tea. They are all very good loose leaf teas.

Also there's a garlic blend, I think it is Vick's garlic blend, love it use it for dips and chicken

I was tempted, but did not buy anything from the store when I visited in December. The teas were nice, but the same I can get at Teavana in larger quantities. I was overwhelmed by the spices and the amount of choices. I honestly didn't know what to get so I walked out empty-handed. I am glad to hear others are enjoying them though!

Oh, I love the Teavana stores. I'm anxious to visit the new store at DTD, want to see what spices they carry.

I have used the black truffle salt on homemade mac and cheese made with white cheddar, yum!
I love the Florida Sunshine on popcorn.
I used the Adobo seasoning in my chicken mole (the chicken mixture) and it was wonderful. I only bought one little packet and I wish I had gotten more!
I would love to try so many things there. I can't wait until our next trip!
