What are your favorite Stocking Stuffers?

I LOVE stockings - that's one of the best parts of Christmas :goodvibes

I usually end up with waaaaaay more than will fit - I suspect I will be holding some of this back for her Easter basket again this year :rotfl:

For DD10 I have:
Gold earrings (her first set of "hoops" for dress up times - I've banned them up until now because I was afraid they'd get yanked on during normal playground play and tear her ear)
Alice in Wonderland book ($1 at Target - didn't know I'd be buying her a Nook when I picked this up, otherwise I would have just gotten her the ebook. Oh well!)
DS game
Soduko Puzzle Book
Small Makeup Mirror
Blue Argile Socks
Skullcandy Earbuds
Small Change Purse
Sharpie Ultra Fine Marker Sets (she loves to draw, and likes to use these to outline her drawing - I got two multi pen sets with all sorts of colors when they were on sale for back to school)
Body spray
High Bounce Ball
Webkinz Cow
Big Lip Smacker
Mini Cards
Vinylmation figure
Toothbrush
DVD (Nancy Drew)
2 CDs (Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift)
Note Cards
Clutch Purse (from Target Dollar Spot, nothing fancy, but she's wanted one forever - I'll probably load it with a few gift cards, likes a Barnes and Noble one to use with the Nook)
Candy - TicTacs, Peppermint Bark bar, Cookies and Cream bar, one of those candy cane shapes full of Hershey's Kisses, Gum, Starlight Mints

Hi, One item that I have not seen mentioned is a "Christmas Tree Ornament" that represents something they have done that year or just something they really like. I have done this since each of my 3 children were born. I now have 2 children in their 20's and a teen. I keep their ornaments in separate boxes and labeled so when they have their own tree the box will go with them to remind them not only of family but of their childhood. :) Joan

I give my kids an ornament every year too, I just don't put it in their stocking. Our tradition is to open them on Christmas Eve (along with a new pair of PJs) and hang them on the tree.

Love all of these ideas! What I usually do is shop the Target dollar section all year. I'm one of those people who shops all year and puts it all in the gift closet. Anyhoo, I love when the dollar spot goes 75% off because I will buy tons of little stocking stuffers for $.25! DD9 usually ends up with markers, pens, pencils, cute little post it notes (all with characters on them), lip balm, some little tween body wash, bubble bath, or lotion. Then non-dollar spot will usually be a DVD or 2. If I need some filler, then I'll add some candy. This year I'm putting Littlest Pets because she LOVES those things and they are small enough to put in there. Right now there are some cute Mickey pens in the dollar spot at Target but I'm saving that as a Tinkerbell gift for the next Disney trip. :)

We were always allowed to open one gift on Christmas Eve. My parents always made sure we had the gift with the new PJ's in it.

We stick with the stuff listed for adults. My kiddos are little though.

DS7 months at Christmas is getting: pacis, starter sippy cups, gerber puffs and other baby necessitiess
DD1 (almost 2) is getting play jewelry, weebles, stuffed animal, playdough, sippy cups, princess toddler feeding set
