Epcot is still worth it especially if they have a festival with food booths going.
MK have the Keys to the Kingdom tour? Otherwise AK. Of course MK is the iconic park if you have travelers who have never been to WDW....I'd do that and maybe a monorail tour of the resorts with drinks and food at each. AK is lovely and unique - always seems super hot and harder to find places to escape the rain in the summer months.
DHS has Star Wars of course - if they are big SW fans it's a maybe.
