What are your favorite drinks?

On our upcoming trip my husband and I will have one night without the kids, and would like to have a couple of drinks. It could be anywhere, the parks, resorts, or citywalk. Any suggestions would be great?

My favorites are Mango Margarita at Margaritaville. A Mai Tai at Tchoup Chop. Potion of the Gods at Mythos. Witch Doctor at Royal Pacific Bula Bar. A nice Chianti Classico at Mama Della's I also get a Pina Colada in IOA's Alchemy Bar made with coconut rum.
