My DEAR DH reluctantly agreed to WDW once again. He's not the biggest fan, but I promised not to make it too terrible for him, so I am looking for fun ideas.

We are doing ONE park, Epcot, his choice. We will be doing a version of "Drinking Around The World", and we always finish our night with a funnel cake and IllumiNations.

I'm open for ANY Epcot ideas... special things in World Showcase, etc.

We are also doing Blizzard Beach, and staying on property, but where, I have no idea. So... nice resort ideas for fun things would be nice as well!

What are your favorite fun, quiet, "couples" things?

Quiet couples things? Not quiet but If you choose to stay at the BWI, I can suggest Jellyrolls for a dueling piano bar, ESPN Zone if he is into sports, Atlantic Dance Hall if you all love to drink and boogie. (These last two suggestions fall into the quiet category) Rent a surrey bike for two and ride up and down the boardwalk watching the entertainers. If you book a boardwalk view at BWI, sit on your balcony with drinks and watch the fireworks from Illuminations. Awesome.

As for quiet couple things, I suggest POR Mansions Section. Take a carriage ride through the resort, rent a bicycle built for two (a surrey bike), Take the boat to DTD and enjoy a great dinner at Fultons or Portofino (fish/seafood or Italian), Go to the House of Blues and sit on the deck at their outdoor bar and listen to the musician of the day.

Book a savannah view room at Animal Kingdom Lodge and wake up in the morning and watch the animals on the savannah, spend the day enjoying the resort and the feeling that you may never want to leave, in the evening head to Victoria Falls Lounge and have an adult beverage. Book dinner at either Jiko or Sanaa (Kidani Village) for some great food. Walk out on Arusha rock at night and see the animals lounging about. This is my ultimate favorite.

These are things I find enjoyable.

Well, we're not exactly quiet, but we've been a couple for over 28 years, and I attribute a lot of that to a good sense of humor.

We nearly peed our pants playing miniature golf at WDW when we went a couple years ago. We got laughing so hard, that I wished I'd brought the Depends. Our next trip is in September, and we can't wait to play again!

We do enjoy Epcot, and this year, we're doing the Drinking Around the World (complete with some really cool T-shirts that I'm going to make with transfers shared by another DIS'er).

We like to walk, and because we stay at POFQ, there's a nice walk along the river. We think we might do some bike riding at WL this time around.

For quiet(er) meals, make your ADRs for later in the evening, when most of the kiddos are in bed.

We had a blast playing at the waterparks. The point is, to have fun together! ;)
