Pet peeve is that they're now giving it up for me....Pet peeve is on Disney buses when teenagers don’t give up their seats for the elderly or parents use seats for each small child !

I dont know but I have studied the bathrooms to figure out why disney is the worst offender and it is much more pleasant in Universal and its def because of the lack of ventilation.YES!!! Why can't there be a fan with a switch?? The bathrooms get so steamy it's awful.
This is why I love the DVC lounge in CA so much. The bathroom. Shame on FL DVC lounges not having a bathroom.

Agreed, blue Bayou has such a limited menu now with the saltiest prime rib in town lol and vdh has the same food in every eating area, including room service. I did mention that in the surveys.Remembered another PP…the incredibly shrinking table service menus. So much selection has disappeared over the years with many menus now forced into shorter and more similar standard Disney formula (with some exceptions of course)
Lots of time the info is wrong too. Even cheesier were the videos they were putting out on social media where you get to "know" the person more. Im sorry but no one cares, we just want to know the answer to our questionsI got one. Was just searching for some Disney information on the interwebs and got to Plan Disney. The way they answer questions on Plan Disney is just so. So much gobbly goock nonsense meant to be "nice" and it's just unhelpful and I usually close the page before ever getting to the actual answer.

This is a big one for me too. I have worked in user-facing software development before so I know how hard it is to make a functioning app on this scale, but the design and function of all of their apps is truly terrible! Why don't they use that extra cash from LL to hire an experienced UX design team and an accessibility team?Disney IT for MDE. Where the heck do you find the bus schedule of upcoming buses? I wasted so much time and still can't find it. I think the app sucks. It's cluttered and NOT intuitive, IMO.
