What are your backup choices?

After hearing about the nightmares making ADRs, I've decided that I should have a backup restaurant in mind when I call. I am not willing to schedule for a different day just to eat a meal after I have already carefully selected which park to visit in order to avoid crowds.

I'm curious to know if a lot of you do this. What back up restaurants have you chosen?

For me, it's:

Teppan Edo
BACKUP: Rose and Crown

Mama Melrose
BACKUP: Brown Derby

50's Prime Time
BACKUP: Sci Fi

The Plaza
BACKUP: Liberty Tree Tavern

Chefs de France
BACKUP: Garden Grill

Boma
BACKUP: Ohana

Whispering Canyon
BACKUP: Call back and check every day until Disney gets so annoyed that we get in!

I do it diff, with the park hoppers I pick my 1st most important ADR and no matter what day I want it. Then I go from there on down, usually able to get everything on the list that way.
