Peace of Pizza at POP.. OMG how people can eat that stuff..

Ragland Road (absolutely awful inedible entrees but the bread & butter pudding was divine!)

You hit the nail right on the head with this place. When we went we were a party of 12 and the bread & butter pudding was the only thing we all liked.

No one in our part liked their meal. We literally left almost everything uneaten except the break & butter pudding.

I couldn't come up with 10 but here's my list of "we're not going back there anytime soon" WDW restaurants. The last one on my list breaks my heart, it was my favorite restaurant the first 3 years of going to WDW then the last few times it's been just horrible. So sad :(.
San Angel Inn - just plain bad food
Nine Dragons - really bad food
Garden Grill - extremely bad food
Planet Hollywood - probably the worst food on Disney campus.
Pepper Market @ Coronado Springs Resort - all those choices, nothing edible.
Shutters Old Port Royale (Caribbean Beach Resort) - bland food
Yak & Yeti - We went opening week, atrocious food, lovely setting.
Jiko It pains me to add this one, they used to be so so good, now they can't even cook a steak to order.

Hmmm, I must be the only one but I love h&V. Ate there twice last vacation due to some re-planning due to illness -- and I loved it. I wouldn't say it was the best food I ever had but it was good -- and the desserts with the chocolate cream tarts -- yummy!

Sorry for typos, but this Disney lover fell and broke her arm yesterday -- so its one handed typing only. I hope it heals in time for my trip in mid September!

We Love H & V also. Always something yummy to pick from theiir buffet and we love their spoonbread!:goodvibes Service has always been good both for lunch and dinner and the characters at lunch are fun.

Gosh does everyone dislike Mama Melrose? I saw the menu and thought it looked good. I thought we'd try there but now I'm scared!

I've eaten there twice in the past with no complaints. Go in with reasonable expectations and you should be OK.

I've never eaten at Tony's and I consistently hear reports about how bad it is. Why can't they get their act together?! They've got an ideal location and atmosphere and my 10 year-old can make a decent pot of spaghetti! I wish they'd improve. The concept is so great!!

This is slightly off-topic, 'cause I'm not bashing restaurants, but I wanted to add a plate of "fresh perspective"...

We ate at Tony's Friday night and we were quite happy with it... Yes, it was expensive, but it's table service in the MK, right on Main Street, and we don't eat there very often so it's ok. We had ADRs and were seated with only a ten-minute wait. Our server was quick and very friendly, checked on us often, and cared about our stated menu requirements, enough to send out a chef to make specific recommendations.

We started with the "Tastes of Italy" appetizer, and it was VERY good, with enough variety to keep the four of us interested (and eating). I had the seafood diavolo and it was excellent (especially since they held the mussels at my request). The others in my party had spaghetti and meatballs (a huge order, couldn't finish it), chicken parmigiana (another good meal!), and a special-order low-cholesterol, low-fat order of steamed salmon and veggies (a bit bland, perhaps, but that's what happens on a low-everything diet).

We weren't on the DDP and the total came to around $110.

That's a LOT more than I'm used to paying for Italian food, but again, you have to consider the location. What we got was amply portioned, well presented and (except for the steamed salmon) very tasty.

1.San Angel - beautiful scenery - overpriced bland food
2. ABC Commissary -dirty restaurant & disgusting food!!
3. Peco's Bills - worst hot dog I ever had
4.Big River Grille - bad service, charred beyond belief burger and pidgeon poop on my head too; lol
5. Tony's - love the atmosphere but the food is mediocre at best
6. CS at Mexico(can't remember the name) - the best way to describe the combo plate is that the meat in t looked like dog food
7. Alfredo's - glad it's gone - rotten service and food
8. ESPN - one word... GREASY
9. Coral Reef - not as good as it used to be
10. Never tried it anywhere in the World, but the pizza looks horrible.

I can say that I usually like most restaurants at WDW but I agree that most of the CS that serve hambugers, fries, etc are NOT for me.

Also a lot of this is personal preference and food choice....ordering well done steaks usually upset the kitchen thus untimely service.

Table Service--Mama Melrose's and Tony's Town Square.

Counter Service--the ABC Commisary. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to eat that disgusting stuff they call food!:scared:

Do people just like to complain?

:confused3

Research says: YES!

Studies show that a customer with a good experience will only tell 1 or 2 people about the good/positive experience whereas a customer that has had a bad/poor experience will tell 10 times as many people.

It's human nature to share with others when you have been wronged/disappointed.

I really only have one and it's not even a disney one, but Planet Hollywood. The food was bad, service was slow and horrible. The only reason we went was because we had those vouchers, but we won't waste our time this time, even though we got those vouchers again.

Am I the only one that kinda likes the ABC Commmisary?!?! :confused3 I mean don't get me wrong, it is definately not may favortie place, but is it that horrible? I have had the Cuban sandwich and it was pretty tasty. It works for us if we don't have an ADR and want to grab a quick bite and not wanting pizza. :goodvibes
