We all make mistakes sometimes. Maybe you can switch it to Middle Eastern Man / Woman if that's what you're referring to. But then again, I'm not sure if that's technically a race or a geographical reference. Anyone?

These polls are all for fun, so "Middle-Eastern" would be one way to go. The people who take the official census know how difficult it is to use terms that don't give offence and yet that are distinctive. ("Middle-Eastern" would bring in Iraqis and Saudis, Israelis and Lebanese, perhaps even Eyptians and Turks - quite an ethnic / religious / political mix!)

The important thing is that Albertan Mom's pop poll already showed what I had been suspecting - (so far) 80 % of the night-owl active-posting DISers are white female!

Not to keep salting the wound , but I think Muslim was often to referred to in the "no flame" thread and that got me wondering how many Muslims were on board, too, so I can see why the OP included it in her poll in that respect. Then again there are many Muslims whom are not Middle Eastern and vice versa.
